This study aims to examine the development of civic literacy in increasing young people's awareness of digital sexual violence in Kupang City. Digital sexual violence is an issue that requires serious attention because it can threaten privacy, security, and individual rights in the digital environment. Therefore, civic literacy is essential for developing young people's understanding of their rights and responsibilities, digital responsibility, respect for privacy, and efforts to prevent sexual violence in digital spaces. This study employs a qualitative approach and is conducted in Kupang City. The planned research participants include young people and supporting informants from educational institutions, government, or the community. Data collection techniques include observation, semi-structured interviews, and documentation. The data are analyzed through data condensation, data display, and conclusion drawing and verification. The development of civic literacy is directed toward educational and awareness-raising activities, the use of social media as an educational tool, group discussions, and collaboration among families, educational institutions, government, and the community. This study is expected to provide insights into the importance of civic literacy in building young people's awareness and responsibility in preventing digital sexual violence.
