Employee performance at PT Dwi Putro Joyo is still relatively low, with declining trends in integrity, commitment, cooperation, and discipline, while prior studies on the effects of teamwork and the work environment on performance remain inconsistent. The principal objective of this academic inquiry is to ascertain and appraise the degree to which teamwork and the work environment shape employee performance at PT Dwi Putro Joyo. Within this framework, teamwork and the work environment are designated as the autonomous variables, while employee performance is treated as the dependent variable. Empirical data were procured through the dissemination of survey instruments to a respondent pool comprising 65 employees drawn from the organization. A quantitative methodology with associative intent was employed throughout the analytical process. The outcomes derived from the analysis establish that teamwork exerts a constructive and statistically significant effect on employee performance, corroborated by a t‑value of 3.342, which is superior to the t‑table threshold of 1.99, and a significance coefficient of 0.001, which is less than the 0.05 acceptance level. The work environment likewise demonstrates a positive and statistically meaningful link to employee performance, supported by a t‑value of 5.470 (> 1.99) and a p‑value of 0.000 (< 0.05). Considered together, when teamwork and the work environment act together, they exert a positive and significant influence on employee performance. The evidence for this lies in an f statistic of 33.219 (> 3.15) and a significance level of 0.000 (< 0.05).
