Differentiated learning is a learning approach that adapts to the learning needs of each student, including children with special needs (ABK). The implementation of this strategy in elementary schools aims to create more inclusive learning so that each student has equal learning opportunities according to their characteristics and abilities. The approach used was a qualitative case study. Data were obtained through observation, interviews, and documentation of the implementation of differentiated learning in class II of SDS Plus Tunas Bangsa. The results of the study indicate that differentiated learning has a positive impact on the activeness, participation, understanding of the material, and self-confidence of students with special needs, especially those with speech delays. The strategy is implemented through adjustments to materials, methods, media, and learning evaluations according to student needs. However, its implementation still faces obstacles, such as time constraints, differences in student abilities, and the need for more intensive mentoring. Therefore, collaboration between teachers, schools, and parents is needed so that differentiated learning can be implemented optimally and support the realization of inclusive education in elementary schools.
