This article aims to develop a conceptual model for contextualizing the principles of ISO 21001:2025 in madrasah quality governance. The study is based on the need for madrasahs to build a quality system that goes beyond administrative compliance and supports learner-centred services, institutional accountability, stakeholder engagement, and continuous improvement. This study uses an integrative literature review through document analysis and conceptual synthesis. The sources include official information on ISO 21001:2025, ISO/FDIS 21001:2025 preview documents, and scholarly articles on ISO 21001, educational quality management, Total Quality Management, and educational quality assurance. The study produces a madrasah quality governance model based on ISO 21001:2025 consisting of five main components: mapping institutional context and stakeholders, quality leadership and policy, management of core educational processes, evidence-based performance evaluation, and continuous improvement. Novelty: This article offers a contextualization of ISO 21001:2025 in madrasahs by linking international educational management standards with institutional, pedagogical, and Islamic educational values.
