Health information technology encourages system integration to improve service effectiveness. One form is the use of the e-Puskesmas application with the National Health Insurance (JKN) system. This study aimed to evaluate service synchronization between e-Puskesmas and JKN at Kali Baru Public Health Center, Bekasi, and identify its challenges. A qualitative descriptive method was used. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation involving three informants: a registration officer, a medical records officer, and a JKN administrator/e-Puskesmas operator. The data were analyzed using the Miles, Huberman, and Saldaña through data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. The results showed that synchronization through bridging was suboptimal. Challenges included patient data not always being synchronized automatically, differences in clinic selection and patient identity, network disruptions, and server issues or maintenance. Officers needed manual verification and data entry. Periodic evaluation and system integration optimization are needed to support efficient services.
