Supply chain digitalization has emerged as a major component of contemporary business transformation as organizations seek greater visibility, efficiency, resilience, responsiveness, and competitiveness across increasingly complex global supply networks. Artificial intelligence (AI), the Internet of Things (IoT), and data analytics are among the principal technologies driving this transformation. This paper examines the relationship between supply chain digitalization and business performance, focusing specifically on how AI, IoT, and data analytics influence operational efficiency, forecasting accuracy, inventory management, logistics, supply chain visibility, risk management, customer service, resilience, and financial performance. The study adopts a systematic literature review and conceptual analytical approach to synthesize existing theoretical and empirical research. The analysis indicates that AI can strengthen forecasting, optimization, automation, predictive maintenance, supplier assessment, and decision-making; IoT technologies can improve real-time monitoring, traceability, asset utilization, and visibility; and data analytics can transform large volumes of operational information into predictive and prescriptive insights. Their combined use can create digitally integrated supply chains capable of responding more rapidly to market changes and disruptions. However, digital transformation also introduces challenges involving implementation costs, cybersecurity, data quality, legacy-system integration, interoperability, organizational resistance, skills shortages, privacy, and AI governance. The paper proposes an integrated conceptual framework in which AI capability, IoT connectivity, and dataanalytics capability strengthen supply chain visibility, agility, integration, and resilience, which subsequently influence operational and financial performance. The study concludes that technology alone does not guarantee superior business performance; value creation depends on strategic alignment, high-quality data, organizational capabilities, workforce skills, governance, cybersecurity, and effective integration across supply chain partners.
