Amino-polysiloxanes can be used as crosslinkers for epoxy resins due to their unique properties. However, its structure still needs further diversification to meet multiple application scenarios requirements. In this work, a variety of well-defined amino-polysiloxanes with different phenyl, amino, methyl and trifluoropropyl groups molar ratios (PAMF) were prepared to be utilized as crosslinker for epoxy anticorrosion coatings. The effects of different crosslinkers on the curing process, glass transition temperature, mechanicalproperties, UV resistance and corrosion resistanceof epoxy resins were investigated. The optimized coating PAMF-1302/E20 exhibits an impedance at 0.01 Hzof ∼1010 Ω·cm2 after immersion in 3.5 wt% NaCl solution for30 days, which is more than one order of magnitudehigher than thatofcommercially available polyamide/epoxy coating. High Tg revealed by DMAand enrichment of fluorine and siliconon the coating surface verified by XPS contribute to the UV resistance, hydrophobicity, abrasion resistance and anticorrosion performance.
