Small grocery stores generally still operate without systematic financial records, so owners find it hard to know their actual profit and often mix business money with household money. This community service aimed to educate and assist the owner of Toko Yoga, a household-scale grocery store in Sukamulya District, Tangerang Regency, in recording business finances using the SIAPIK application. The activity was held on 10 October 2026 using a participatory approach through four stages: preparation, education, practice, and mentoring with evaluation, conducted on site with a laptop for demonstration. Success was observed through three indicators: understanding of the importance of financial records, the ability to enter the business profile and transactions into the application, and the willingness to keep recording regularly. The results show that the owner understood the importance of financial records, was able to follow the basic steps of the application with guidance, and was willing to continue recording. Limited time while serving customers and unfamiliarity with accounting terms were the main obstacles. Routine recording habits still need to be strengthened through periodic mentoring.
