A substantial body of research has been undertaken on the prevalence of mobbing experienced by teachers in Türkiye. However, a comparison of the level of mobbing experienced by Turkish teachers with that experienced by teachers in other countries has not been conducted. Research indicates that workplace mobbing is less prevalent in the United Kingdom than in other countries. The present study sets out to make a comparison between the mobbing behaviours experienced by teachers in school settings in the United Kingdom and Türkiye. The comparison will be made with regard to both the type and the level of exposure. Data were collected from teachers (n=570) working in schools in both countries using the NAQ-R scale. The study shows that teachers in Türkiye experience significantly more mobbing than those in the UK. Significant differences were observed in the total scale and all three sub-dimensions of the scale. Male teachers in UK schools experience more mobbing than their female counterparts, while in the Türkiye sample, female teachers experience more mobbing than male teachers. This situation suggests that more measures should be taken in this regard in Türkiye
