For 238 years, since Lagrange (1788) and its modern forms KKT (1951), Nash (1950), Arrow-Debreu (1954), decision sciences have relied on imposed external conditions — g(x) ≤ 0, h(x) =0 in optimization, x = T (x) in equilibrium, ui(x∗) ≥ ui(xi, x∗−i) in game theory, and informationbounds in inference — requiring auxiliary multipliers, qualifications (LICQ, MFCQ, Slater), andexistence theorems. We prove this imposed structure is unnecessary. We introduce Zulfia Decision Theory (ZDT)with the Zulfia Identity Condition (ZIC): Let ∆(x, u) be the Structural Component encodingdeviation of state x from reference configuration under structure u, thenZIC: ∆(x, u) = 0 ⇐⇒ decision is valid (feasible / equilibrium / Nash / sufficient).ZIC is an identity, not a conditional test. It replaces KKT, Nash, and equilibrium existence as thefundamental condition, without multipliers or qualifications. Only well-definedness of S(x, u)from Sec 2.1 is required. ZDT unifies nonlinear, rational, fractional, and mixed structures —including ratio objectives and Fisher/log/entropy terms — under one identity ∆ = 0.
