Climate change has increased the occurrence of extreme events capable of compromising the critical infrastructure of healthcare services. This study proposes a strategic model aimed at strengthening hospital digital and energy resilience through the integration of risk management, digital technologies, and renewable energy sources. A qualitative, exploratory, and descriptive approach was adopted, based on an analysis of scientific literature, institutional guidelines (WHO, IPCC, ONA, ANEEL, and EPE), and recommended practices for resilient hospital management. The results indicate that the adoption of photovoltaic systems and cloud-based backup solutions with geographic replication significantly reduces system downtime and increases institutional energy autonomy. The photovoltaic project implemented at Santa Casa de Belo Horizonte, with 253 kWp of installed capacity, exemplifies the economic feasibility, with an estimated payback period of 2.5–4 years, as well as the operational viability of the solution. It is concluded that the integration of energy sustainability, digital protection, and institutional governance is essential to ensuring the continuity and quality of healthcare services in the face of climate-related challenges.
