This article provides a legal analysis of the phenomenon of Homo Digitalis («digital man»), emerging from the rapid convergence of Nano-Bio-Info-Cogno. The current stage of technological progress is leading to a fundamental transformation of the legal and biological essence of humans. The article explores the potential abandonment of the classical understanding of legal personality and the transition to a decentralized «subject-multitude». In the context of biodigital «human hacking», one of the key tasks of law is protecting individuals from their own, technologically modified, subjectivity. The legal implications, risks, and threats of creating anthropomorphic robots are explored. The current concept of Habeas Data is defined as a mechanism for protecting individuals in the context of the development of convergent technologies.
