The development of Artificial Intelligence (AI) provides opportunities to support the learning process, but it also presents challenges related to ethics, data security, academic integrity, and responsible use of digital technology. This community service activity aimed to improve AI literacy among students and parents by strengthening their understanding of safe, ethical, and responsible AI use. The activity was conducted at SDN 25 Madello over a two-month period, involving students and parents as participants. The method employed an educational-participatory approach through material delivery, discussions, practical activities, case studies, and evaluation. The materials covered an introduction to AI, the use of AI in learning, AI ethics, academic integrity, personal data protection and security, and legal awareness in the digital environment. The activity was conducted through collaboration among the fields of Education, Constitutional Law, and Islamic Family Law. The results indicated an improvement in participants’ understanding of the benefits and risks of AI use, as well as the importance of verifying information, protecting personal data, and using AI responsibly. The activity also demonstrated the importance of parental involvement in supporting children’s AI use at home. Cross-disciplinary collaboration provided a comprehensive approach to developing a generation that is aware, critical, and responsible in utilizing AI.
