This community service activity aims to improve the knowledge, skills, and independence of fish farming groups (Pokdakan) in Bukit Batu District, Palangka Raya City, in developing local fish based on peatland. The method used is participatory, educational, and practical through stages of observation, needs identification, counseling, training, domestication practice, and continuous mentoring. The results of the service show that partners have developed skills in handling fish, acclimatization, monitoring water quality, feed management, and growth recording. This program serves as an initial foundation for managing local fish farming in a measured, adaptive, environmentally friendly, and sustainable way
