This article examines how management efficiency can be improved through artificial intelligence (AI) technologies and innovative solutions. The study draws on statistical data from international organizations such as the World Bank, the OECD, and the WTO; the practices of large corporations and financial institutions (the Business Development Bank and DBS Bank); and the legislation currently in force in the Republic of Uzbekistan (Resolution No. 3736, the Law "On Accounting," and the requirements of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS)). The effectiveness of AI in large companies is illustrated through tables and graphs. The article also addresses the risks associated with AI implementation. The findings indicate that successful enterprises are integrating AI into their management functions. The conclusion emphasizes the importance of the phased implementation of AI in international enterprises and presents practical recommendations for enterprises in Uzbekistan.
