This article examines the impact of digital transformation and the adoption of artificial intelligence (AI) technologies on the economic efficiency of enterprises in Uzbekistan. It analyses the mechanisms through which digital technologies affect labour productivity, cost optimisation, innovation activity and managerial decision-making. The study employs statistical, comparative and systems analysis methods. Drawing on official statistical data for Uzbekistan, it assesses trends in the development of digital infrastructure and proposes a composite indicator for measuring the effectiveness of digital transformation at the enterprise level.
