This study aims to design and develop a Web-Based Online Internship Registration Information System at the Regional House of Representatives of West Sumatra Province to support registration, document submission, verification, status information, and centralized administration. The study employed the System Development Life Cycle with the Waterfall model. The system was designed using Unified Modeling Language and implemented using the Django framework, Python, and SQLite. System testing consisted of White Box Testing using Cyclomatic Complexity, Black Box Testing, expert assessment, and user evaluation using End User Computing Satisfaction. The developed system provides Google account login, online registration, document upload, status checking, applicant data management, verification, status updates, response letter management, archiving, registration period settings, and data export. Black Box Testing showed that all 13 main functions were valid. Expert assessment obtained an average score of 87.40%, while evaluation of 16 users obtained 91.77%, both categorized as Very Good. The system is feasible to support internship registration administration in a more structured and centralized manner.
