Hepatitis B in pregnant women requires attention because infection with the Hepatitis B virus (HBV) can be transmitted from mother to infant and may develop into chronic infection. Therefore, Hepatitis B surface antigen (HBsAg) screening during antenatal care (ANC) is important for early detection and the prevention of mother-to-child transmission. This study aimed to determine the incidence of HBsAg among pregnant women at Tulangan Community Health Center, Sidoarjo, and describe respondents’ characteristics according to age, gestational age, and gravidity. A descriptive study design with purposive sampling was employed, involving 38 pregnant women from a population of 60 women attending ANC services between March and April 2026. HBsAg screening was performed using an immunochromatographic rapid test. Data were analyzed descriptively and presented as frequency distributions and percentages. The results showed that 1 respondent (2.6%) tested reactive for HBsAg, while 37 respondents (97.4%) tested non-reactive. The reactive case occurred in a woman aged 26–35 years, in the second trimester, and classified as secundigravida. In conclusion, the proportion of reactive HBsAg results among the respondents was 2.6%.
