Digital technology development requires the hospitality industry to hire workers who can use operational and marketing applications, while students are generally not yet used to operating them in real work. This community service activity aimed to develop the digital competence of batch 3 internship students at PT Commeasure Solution Indonesia (RedDoorz Indonesia) through training and mentoring in the use of the RedSeller application. The internship program involved 68 students, and this article focuses on 15 female students of the Management Study Program at UPN Veteran Jawa Timur. The four-month activity (August–November 2025) used a participatory learning approach, consisting of online training, guided practice, and independent application supervised by a company field supervisor. Success was measured with four indicators: independence in using RedSeller, digital marketing response, communication and complaint-handling ability, and economic outcomes, through observation, documentation, and the RedSeller dashboard. The results show that the students' competence increased gradually. On one participant's dashboard, confirmed bookings rose from 10 in August to 30 in October 2025 with a total of 93 room nights, and one repeat customer was acquired. Students also became more confident in serving customers and handling complaints. Training that uses a real work application and is accompanied by mentoring has the potential to bridge industry needs and student work readiness
