Digital marketing requires RedSeller RedDoorz partners to develop adequate promotional and customer service skills. However, they still face operational challenges, particularly when handling customer issues that require coordination with partner hotels. This community service activity aimed to provide education on digital promotion and customer service for RedSeller RedDoorz partners. The activity consisted of several online webinar sessions conducted via Google Meet from August to November 2025, involving a total of 66 participants. The materials covered social media promotion strategies, guest complaint handling, customer handling techniques, an introduction to the RedSeller program, and no-show booking prevention. Evaluation was conducted qualitatively through observation of participant engagement, discussions, and question-and-answer sessions during the webinars. The results showed participant engagement in discussions about operational challenges, including difficulties contacting partner hotels when customer problems occurred. These findings indicate that the customer service materials were relevant to participants’ needs. The activity provided a platform for education and experience sharing that may support RedSeller partners in developing their digital promotion and customer service practices. Further training and periodic mentoring are needed to support the continued application of the materials
