Gucang Farm (Tangerang Catfish Business Association) is a group of millennial farmers engaged in the fisheries sector. This initiative was carried out to overcome poverty among the majority of residents of Kampung Pinang, Tigaraksa, Tangerang. Currently the partners have 17 ponds with a capacity of 3000 catfish and are in the process of preparing 30 ponds. However, in the fish farming process there are several problems, namely the costs of meeting feed needs, recording financial reports and marketing. These three problems are the main problems in aquaculture. This is because the Cost of Production (HPP) of fish feed is 70% of production costs [1]. This service is carried out using the Blue Economy approach, namely the efficient management of fisheries cultivation through technological and environmentally friendly innovation. The implementation stages carried out in this service are identifying partner needs, designing and manufacturing machines, operational testing of machines and training. Training in this PKM activity includes training in operational techniques and machine maintenance, making fish feed, and product marketing. The program saw the participation of 25 highly enthusiastic individuals. The result of this PKM activity is that partners have the ability and skills to operate pellet production machines, partners can produce fish pellets using local raw materials, for example maggots, sausage factory sorting waste, corned beef, etc. Apart from that, partners also increase their understanding of the importance of digital-based financial reports, namely Si APIK, and understanding product marketing strategies both offline and online
