This article examines the prospects for diversifying Uzbekistan's exports of melon and gourd crops to European Union markets. The study analyzes trends in the geographical distribution, volume, and market composition of exports of these products and assesses the level of export market concentration using the Herfindahl–Hirschman Index (HHI). In addition, regression analysis was conducted to identify the key factors influencing exports of these crops. The results indicate that a high concentration of exports in specific markets may increase exposure to external market risks. The study substantiates the potential for establishing new trade routes, ensuring the stability of export revenues, and enhancing the international competitiveness of Uzbekistan's melon and gourd crops through export diversification into European Union markets. Finally, the article presents scientific and practical recommendations aimed at expanding exports, developing product varieties that are in high demand in European markets, and broadening export geography.
