Biological nervous systems coordinate rhythmic multi-limb locomotion and synchronize to auditory pulses with sub-millisecond precision. Here, we present BloodyFlyRhapsody, an embodied bio-cybernetic drum engine simulating the central pattern generation and sensory-motor circuitry of the Drosophila melanogaster connectome. To achieve real-time execution (200 Hz / 5 ms steps) without supercomputer overhead, we formulate a biologically grounded mesoscale architecture (1,024-neuron functional hub) incorporating: (1) mechanosensory frequency transduction modeling Johnston's Organ, (2) a Kuramoto-coupled Central Complex CPG ring attractor, (3) Drosophila Anterior Paired Lateral (APL) GABAergic normalization enforcing an 8% sparse coding ceiling, and (4) three-factor dopaminergic plasticity (PAM reward vs. PPL1 punishment). Across 15 recorded 60-second rehearsal sessions spanning 85 to 1,000 BPM (66,000+ real-time strikes) interfaced via microsecond loopback UDP with an embodied motion-tracked hardware bridge (AeroMachete), we report: (i) an asymptotic biophysical kit saturation at 106.3 hits/sec (94.1% of multi-limb refractory limits), (ii) an invariant 50.0%–50.4% Gaussian accuracy plateau above 450 BPM with high musical coherence (89.5%–99.7%), (iii) monotonic power-law jitter compression from ±43.77 ms down to ±4.80 ms at 1,000 BPM (R^2 = 0.985), (iv) a 61% jitter collapse and 49% error reduction via dopaminergic synaptic pruning, and (v) stable closed-loop human-in-the-loop co-jamming with AeroBand sticks during an authentic heavy-metal benchmark (123 BPM, "Enter Sandman") achieving 75.4% in-pocket accuracy with a -6.05 ms mean offset.
