Clean water is a basic necessity that must be optimally provided by regional water supply companies (PDAM). Increasing demand requires optimal production planning while considering capacity limitations. This study aims to determine the optimal amount of clean water production at PDAM Bone Bolango using the Goal Programming method. The data include water demand, minimum and maximum demand limits, production capacity, and revenue data. A mathematical model is formulated by defining decision variables, an objective function, and constraints representing real system conditions. The model is solved using LINGO software. The results show that the method produces an optimal production combination that effectively meets demand and production targets. The model can support decision-making in clean water production planning.
