Cycle 2 left one door open: a law with a second variable. One second variable ships in SPARC's tables — the baryonic surface density Σ_bar. This paper registers one law, the McGaugh form with g† running on Σ_bar (γ fitted on the RAR alone, frozen), and runs it under the same locks that killed nine forms. γ = +0.075545 ± 0.056572 — consistent with zero; the data do not ask for the second variable. Lock 0-Σ fails (0.844294 — the running is not stable across the RAR's own samples), Lock 2 fails on the intercept (+0.182157 dex), replication 1 of 4. Closest McGaugh-line slope yet (b = 3.904191) — and the normalization still never fails.
