This study analyzes the role of village head leadership in improving the discipline of village officials in Karanganyar Village. Using a descriptive qualitative approach, data were obtained through interviews, observations, and documentation. The findings show that the village head applies a combination of democratic, situational, and transformational leadership styles flexibly, adapted to local culture and personnel characteristics. The village head actively motivates, fosters open communication, and builds a participatory work atmosphere. However, supervision remains suboptimal due to the absence of a structured reward and punishment system. Other influencing factors include low work motivation, weak enforcement of regulations, and limited employee welfare. The study concludes that village head leadership has a significant impact on the discipline of village officials, but improvement is needed in supervision, consistent disciplinary policies, and institutional support.
