One number has to pay two tables: the baryon density read off primordial deuterium (BBN, minute three) and the same density read off the microwave background (recombination). Stated as one closure condition and executed on published values, the defect is +0.10 combined sigmas (+0.0008 dex) on the primary pairing (LUNA/Mossa ω_b = 0.02233 ± 0.00036 vs Planck ω_b = 0.02237 ± 0.00015). The tables close. The width of the closure is set by the reaction networks: two LUNA-era networks disagree with each other by 0.90σ — 2.5× Planck's error bar — and that spread is priced on the face.
