This study examines how enterprise informatics capability influences manufacturing supply chain resilience in the context of the digital economy.Drawing on organizational information processing theory and contingency theory, a moderated mediation model is developed to investigate the mediating role of information transparency and the moderating role of environmental dynamism.Survey data collected from 316 supply chain managers and senior executives in Chinese manufacturing firms are analyzed using partial least squares structural equation modeling. The findings indicate that enterprise informatics capability has a significant positive effect on manufacturing supply chain resilience both directly and indirectly through information transparency.Information transparency partially mediates this relationship by serving as a key information-transmission mechanism.Environmental dynamism does not significantly moderate the direct effect of enterprise informatics capability on supply chain resilience; however, it positively moderates the indirect effect through information transparency, such that the mediating pathway becomes stronger in highly dynamic environments. The findings contribute to the enterprise informatics literature by clarifying the information-processing pathways through which informatics capability translates into supply chain resilience, and by identifying the boundary conditions under which these pathways operate.Practical implications for manufacturing managers seeking to strengthen supply chain resilience through informatics investment are discussed.
