Global supply chains are highly interconnected -material flows, information flows, digital platforms, suppliers, logistics providers, and customers are more and more interdependent with each other in the form of logistics service systems. In times of geopolitical uncertainty, a pandemic outbreak, cyber threats, demand fluctuations and technological downtime, supply chain resilience goes beyond flexibility and redundancy of resources. It demands a comprehensive logistics informatics system, an instant service coordination and adaptive digital decision-making.This study constructs an IT-supported supply chain resilience model, which combines enterprise resource planning systems, Internet of Things monitoring, cloud platforms, blockchain traceability, big data analytics and digital twin technologies. The research uses scenario analysis to assess the impact of digital integration on recovery time, lead time, transparency and adaptability and service continuity in global logistics operations. The empirical framework is based on selected multinational companies and the indicators of resilience are the Index of Digitalization of Supply Chains, Scenario Stability Unit and Index of Supply Chain Adaptability. Results indicate that digitally integrated logistics systems are more resilient in the event of an economic shock and technology failure, as well as combined disruptions. The highest resilience effect is realized when IT tools are used as an integrated service-system architecture as opposed to individual technological services. In this study, an integrated model for digital coordination of resilient supply chain operations is proposed, which is also a contribution to the field of logistics informatics and service science.
