This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of work environment, work motivation, and work discipline on employee performance at PT Sinar Niaga Sejahtera (GarudaFood) in Lubuklinggau City, both partially and simultaneously. The study employs a quantitative method with a survey approach. The population consists of all 48 employees of PT Sinar Niaga Sejahtera (GarudaFood) in Lubuklinggau City. A saturated sampling technique (census) was used, meaning the entire population served as the sample of 48 respondents. Data collection was conducted via Likert-scale questionnaires, and the data were analyzed using the SmartPLS application. The results indicate that the Work Environment has a positive and significant influence on Employee Performance, with an Original Sample value of 0.867, T-Statistic of 17.441, and P-Value of 0.000; thus, the first hypothesis is accepted. Work Motivation also has a positive and significant influence on Employee Performance, with an Original Sample value of 0.886, T-Statistic of 3.246, and P-Value of 0.001; thus, the second hypothesis is accepted. Meanwhile, Work Discipline has a positive influence on Employee Performance with an Original Sample value of 0.379, but this influence is not significant (T-Statistic of 2.325 and P-Value of 0.070); thus, the third hypothesis is rejected. Furthermore, the test regarding the influence of Work Environment, Work Motivation, and Work Discipline on Employee Performance yielded an Original Sample value of 0.309, T-Statistic of 1.751, and P-Value of 0.081, indicating a positive but insignificant influence; thus, the fourth hypothesis is rejected.
