The rapid development of digital technology has created significant challenges for millennial parents in raising preschool children of Generation Alpha. This community service program aimed to strengthen the capacity and adaptive parenting literacy of parents at PAUD Rabbani Sekeloa, Bandung City, in addressing digital-era parenting challenges. The program was implemented using a participatory approach based on the needs of partners through three main phases: face-to-face training, the implementation of printed and video educational modules, and teacher mentoring. The effectiveness of the program was evaluated using a one-group pretest-posttest design involving 20 valid participants. Quantitative data were analyzed using the Wilcoxon Signed-Rank Test due to non-normal data distribution. The results showed a significant improvement in participants’ understanding scores, with the mean score increasing from 14.05 in the pretest to 14.70 in the posttest (z = -2.134; p = 0.029). The intervention also demonstrated a strong effect size (0.727), indicating a substantial impact on improving parents’ adaptive parenting knowledge. Furthermore, the reduction in score variability reflected a more homogeneous level of understanding among participants after the intervention. The program successfully achieved the learning level in the Kirkpatrick evaluation model through mastery experiences. The sustainability of the program was supported by providing standardized adaptive parenting modules and strengthening the role of PAUD as a community-based parenting education center.
