This community service program aims to help micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises (UMKM) increase public awareness of their businesses and products while facilitating online transactions through various digitalization initiatives. The program integrates three main activities: (1) strengthening visual branding through the creation of logos, banners, and promotional videos; (2) improving business location visibility through registration and verification on Google Maps; and (3) implementing the Quick Response Code Indonesian Standard (QRIS) as a non-cash payment method. The program employed a Participatory Action Research (PAR) approach, actively and directly involving UMKM owners in four stages: needs and problem identification, planning, implementation and mentoring, and evaluation and follow-up. The results showed that three UMKM obtained new or enhanced visual identities, five UMKM were successfully registered and verified on Google Maps, and two UMKM adopted QRIS as an additional payment method. Furthermore, gradual and context-specific digital mentoring improved UMKM understanding, readiness, and motivation to adopt digital technologies, thereby contributing to enhanced competitiveness and the long-term sustainability of rural UMKM.
