The utilization of digital media has become a strategic opportunity for Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) to promote their businesses and provide easier access to information regarding products and business locations. However, the adoption of digital media among MSMEs in Bugel Village remains limited. This community service program aimed to strengthen digital branding through the optimization of Google Maps and Google Review. The activity was conducted on August 27, 2026, through direct visits to Opak and Kelontong MSMEs in Cipulus Hamlet and the Kicimpring MSME in Teja Hamlet, Bugel Village. The implementation process involved communication and coordination with business owners, the provision of digital branding insights by the Field Supervising Lecturer (DPL), and assistance in managing business information on Google Maps as well as encouraging the use of Google Review. The results indicate that the participating MSMEs successfully established and enhanced their business presence on Google Maps by providing location details and product photographs. In addition, Google Reviews were utilized as an initial effort to strengthen the businesses' digital reputation and online visibility. The assistance was tailored to the conditions and time constraints of the MSME owners, resulting in the adoption of practical, simple, and easily applicable digital strategies to support business development in the digital era.
