This initiative aimed to support transaction digitalization and strengthen the identity of “Singkong Keju Cak Mur,” an UMKM owned by Mr. Mursidi in Ngingit Village, Tumpang District, Malang Regency. Established in 2017, the business sells cheese cassava (singkong keju) and jemblem through outlets and WhatsApp. Before assistance, the UMKM lacked a logo and did not use QRIS, so payments were made in cash. Activities included observation and interviews on 4 July 2026, followed by discussions, logo design, and QRIS assistance on 16 July 2026. The logo incorporated cheese cassava and flavour-variant elements based on discussions with the owner, and was designed using Canva with AI assistance before one round of revision. QRIS activation through BRI using BRImo and BRI Merchant took about five minutes. Deliverables included the logo, design files, active QRIS, and printed payment media. The owner responded positively, while consumers benefited from cashless payments. Economic impacts on sales and revenue were not quantitatively measured in this activity.
