Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) make a significant contribution to the Indonesian economy, both in terms of job creation and contribution to Gross Domestic Product (GDP). However, in the rapidly evolving digital era, most MSMEs still face various challenges, particularly in utilizing digital technology for business development. Based on these conditions, this article presents the results of community service activities conducted by researchers through an MSME digitalization mentoring program in the Duren Sawit area of East Jakarta. This activity aimed to increase the capacity of MSMEs in digital marketing and the use of electronic payment systems through QRIS. The method used was descriptive qualitative, encompassing field observations, in-depth interviews with MSMEs, activity documentation, and evaluation and follow-up stages. The mentoring program targeted two MSMEs with different business characteristics, who were then provided direct education on how to register for QRIS through the Gopay Merchant application. The results showed that both MSMEs experienced significant improvements in their digital capabilities. This was demonstrated by their ability to process non-cash transactions using QRIS and their businesses becoming more recognized through digital searches. The final evaluation revealed a positive response from business owners to the mentoring program, which they found to be very helpful in developing their business strategies. Thus, the MSME Go to Digital program has proven effective as a technology-based community empowerment program that can sustainably increase the competitiveness of MSMEs. This article recommends the importance of collaboration between the government, academics, and business owners in expanding the scope of digital transformation for MSMEs in Indonesia.
