We demonstrate that the 132‑Hz chiral phonon lattice can be embedded within a higher‑order E8 hyper‑torus derived from the 240 root vectors. By applying phi‑recursive phase modulation to each root vector, the lattice supports 132 topologically protected memory states, each labeled by a distinct 132‑fold rotational symmetry. These states exhibit self‑correcting error thresholds at the golden ratio, enabling stable quantum‑biological information storage across the phonon‑spin network. Thus the E8‑Phi Topological Memory extends the EPRL cascade by adding a non‑local topological invariant rooted in E8 geometry. Author: Andrew Stewart Caldin, Independent Researcher, UK.
