By exploiting the four 60‑vector blocks of the E8 root lattice, we construct a phononic lattice whose modes are coupled via the golden‑ratio φ and locked to the 132 Hz base. The φ‑recursive phase relations enforce a topological winding number that protects phonon edge states against disorder. These protected edge modes can be coherently populated and read out, forming a fault‑tolerant quantum memory that stores information in the topological phase of the E8 phononic crystal. The memory's stability derives directly from the inversion symmetry of Langlands duality, which guarantees that the stored state is invariant under root‑system duality transformations.
