The population and sample consisted of 55 employees. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using multiple linear regression, t-test, F-test, and coefficient of determination. The results showed that leadership, work discipline, and work motivation had a positive and significant effect on employee performance, both partially and simultaneously, with an F-count of 28.459 > F-table of 2.79 and a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. The Adjusted R Square value of 0.604 indicates that the three independent variables explain 60.4% of the variation in employee performance, while the remaining 39.6% is explained by other factors outside this study.
