This social project aimed to introduce shallot cultivation to students through experiential learning. The activity was conducted at SDN Wringin 2, Bondowoso Regency, involving 27 sixth-grade students. The activities included material presentation, planting practice, growth observation, and pre-test and post-test evaluations. The results showed an improvement in students’ understanding, with the average score increasing from 40.0% to 98.5%. At the final observation, shallot roots had begun to grow, while shoots had not yet emerged above the soil surface. This activity shows that planting practice can help students understand plant cultivation directly and increase their engagement in learning.
