The Field Work Practice Program (PKL) is a community service activity carried out by the Plant Protection Study Program, Lambung Mangkurat University. The activity was conducted in Bangkiling Village, Banua Lawas District, Tabalong Regency, an area with significant agricultural potential and development opportunities. Based on interviews with local farmers, primary challenges in cultivation activities relate to land management and fertilizer fulfillment. This activity involved active collaboration with farmers to address agricultural problems using Liquid Organic Fertilizer (POC) enriched with potassium phosphate microbials. The implementation methods included focus group discussions (FGD), educational sessions, liquid fertilizer production, and field application. The evaluation results demonstrated a 50% increase in knowledge among the 16 participants regarding the benefits of potassium phosphate microbial POC as a biofertilizer and the production of fermentation tools. Consequently, participants are equipped to independently produce potassium phosphate microbial POC and apply it to their agricultural land according to plant needs.
