Adolescent girls are vulnerable to reproductive health disorders, including endometriosis and Polycystic Ovary Syndrome (PCOS), while knowledge of early detection remains limited. The “SHE CARE (Sehat dan Cerdas Reproduksi Remaja)” program was conducted at SMP Negeri 6 Yogyakarta to improve students’ knowledge through interactive education using print and digital media. The activity involved 40 female students using a pre-test and post-test design. The mean knowledge score increased from 50.0 to 81.7, an increase of 31.7 points (63.5%), with 39 participants (97.5%) showing improved scores. After the intervention, 72.5% of participants had good knowledge, with none remaining in the poor category. The SHE CARE program was associated with improved knowledge and awareness of early detection of reproductive health disorders among adolescent girls.
