An alternative, non-metrically expanding cosmological framework is presented, characterizing theUniverse as the dynamic manifestation of an intrinsic geometric symmetry breaking. Building uponour previous kinematic model (the Seashell-Universe), we propose that the non-rectilinear motion andintrinsic spin of elementary particles induce a torsion tensor within the spacetime fabric, transformingthe vacuum topology into a conoidal helicoidal manifold. Under this approach, cosmic genesis isredefined: instead of a traditional expanding singularity (the Big Bang), the early universe undergoesa smooth geometric-rotational phase transition at the cone vertex (R → 0), where the repulsiveinteraction between matter’s spin and spacetime torsion prevents infinite collapse. We demonstratethat fundamental force fields and macro-cosmological phenomena—such as cosmological redshift andthe Hubble tension—emerge naturally as kinematic projections and optical effects of field propagationwithin this static torsionful spacetime, satisfying Ockham’s razor while remaining consistent withcontemporary observational datasets.
