This research evaluated learning accomplishments among toddlers in all day care centers of La Trinidad, Benguet. The study aimed: 1) To assess the level of practice in assessing Toddler developmental skills together with life skills, academic skills and social skill; 2) To determine significant differences in assessment practice when caregivers were grouped according to role and group according to sex; 3. To assess the level of caregiver satisfaction in assessing Toddler developmental skills; 4) To determine problems encountered by caregivers in the assessment process. A descriptive research design was used in this study, with toddlers’ participation being the parents’/teachers’/ guardians. The data collection was based on a structured questionnaire set to record all assessment practices, satisfaction levels and difficulties encountered by caregivers. For statistical tools, weighted mean and for inferential statistics were used to evaluate and interpret the data. The results showed that the level of practice in assessing toddler's developmental skills was highly practiced across all three domains. The highest emphasis is placed on life skills, then academic and social. Although there were positive results, caregivers were faced with various challenges. The most common obstacles consist of lack of resources and materials, less educational resources at home, and limited time for study activities. While the study concluded that caregivers demonstrated excellent assessment practices and high levels of satisfaction, addressing resource-related limitations is still needed. It cites improved partnership among caregivers, increased access to learning materials and the implementation of an Enriched Toddler Development Programme in child care centres as opportunities for sustained monitoring practices and support towards a holistic development of toddlers.
