AbstractTHE GREAT UNIQUE SPIRIT THEORY (GUST) is a proposed explanatory framework forinvestigating how distinctive configurations of motivational intensity, sensitivity, interpretivedepth, and related characteristics interact with conventional-system interpretation, personalagency, contextual conditions, and directional transformation. The theory addresses a central research question: under what conditions might conventionalsystems inadequately decode an individual's distinctive motivational configuration, and howmight this interpretive gap interact with subsequent decisions, sustained activity, and long-term constructive or destructive consequences?GUST defines GREAT in terms of motivational intensity rather than moral goodness,UNIQUE as a distinctive configuration rather than a universal ranking of individuals, andSPIRIT as a proposed integrated motivational construct. Its primary analytical case isthe Undecoded Spirit-Direction Case (USDC). Its default explanatory mechanism is theSpirit-System Decoding and Directional Routing Mechanism (SSDRM).The framework distinguishes two principal directional branches: THE GREAT UNIQUESPIRIT (GUS+) for a substantiated constructive trajectory and THE GREAT UNIQUESPIRIT (GUS-) for a substantiated destructive trajectory. THE GREAT UNIQUEHUMAN (GUH) is the associated person-level designation for an individual meeting the definedconstructive-trajectory criteria. The blueprint provides a sixteen-layer conceptual architecture, operational definitions, amultidimensional mathematical representation, a system-decoding error model, directionaloutcome functions, testable hypotheses, research-design requirements, falsifiability conditions, and a twelve-stage validation protocol. It also specifies the research domains, classificationprocedures, statistical considerations, limitations, and documentation requirements needed toevaluate the theory. This document is a conceptual and methodological specification, not a report of completedempirical findings. The originality, measurement validity, causal claims, predictive perfor-mance, cross-domain applicability, and generality of GUST must be established through asystematic literature review and appropriately designed empirical studies.
