This study examines how Digital Transformation, Government Support, and Customer Green Pressure influence Green Logistics Practices, Sustainable Logistics Performance, and Competitive Advantage. Using data from 254 logistics professionals, the results show that all three drivers significantly promote Green Logistics Practices, which subsequently enhance Sustainable Logistics Performance and Competitive Advantage. The mediation results further confirm that green practices and sustainable performance play important roles in transforming digital and institutional drivers into competitive outcomes.
