The paper examines the didactically significant attributes of e-courses that determine the satisfaction of higher education seekers in the context of the digital transformation of the educational process; the relevance of the problem lies in the increasing role of e-courses as a mandatory component of educational programs and the need to make managerial and pedagogical decisions based on evidence of the quality of the digital learning experience for students. For quantitative assessment, we propose using M. Fishbein's multi-attribute model and the Importance / Satisfaction (IPA) matrix, integrating the results into the PDCA cycle of continuous improvement. The practical significance of the article lies in the formation of a didactically oriented framework of attributes and indicators that enables the identification of “deficit areas” in e-courses, prioritization of changes, and improvement of the quality of digital educational content and pedagogical support in higher education institutions.
