In the context of increasing global competition and the need for post-crisis economic recovery, the issue of enhancing investment attractiveness in resort regions acquires particular relevance. The article examines the role of infrastructural development in resort regions as a key determinant of their investment attractiveness. It is argued that infrastructure performs a system-forming function by transforming natural recreational resources into a competitive tourism product and enabling the effective functioning of the resort complex. The study substantiates the theoretical premise that investment attractiveness represents an integrated characteristic combining economic, institutional, natural-resource, and infrastructural components, among which infrastructure often serves as a limiting factor for investment decision-making. The main components of resort infrastructure are systematized, including transport, accommodation and catering, recreational and medical, digital and institutional subsystems, and their differentiated impact on investment attractiveness is identified. Particular attention is paid to the role of transport and digital infrastructure in enhancing accessibility and reducing transaction costs, as well as to institutional factors that shape a transparent and predictable business environment. The paper highlights the significance of public-private partnership mechanisms as an effective tool for mobilizing financial resources and distributing risks in the development of large-scale infrastructural projects. The specific features of forming investment attractiveness in Ukrainian resort regions under conditions of post-war recovery are analyzed. It is emphasized that infrastructural modernization, digital transformation, and institutional reforms create a window of opportunity for increasing competitiveness and attracting both domestic and foreign investments. The study proposes strategic directions for improving infrastructural policy, including the development of master plans, simplification of regulatory procedures, support for destination management organizations, and implementation of smart resort concepts.
