Executes item D-257-272-53, the single-parameter absorption fence of packet #270 (What the Frozen Bias Absorbs), whose parent is identified on the packet's face from the Wave 9 sweep's own structure after two waves carried it unnamed. Gated on #270's exhibits reproduced (D(0.25) = 0.878, D(1.11) = 0.584, the per-bin table, the single-b0 fit b0 = 0.97 with chi2 = 17.2, the LERG control 0.93; one last-digit rounding difference in the target's own low-end exhibit recorded). The joint (Omega_m, n_s, shape) absorption is computed: Omega_m cancels identically in the amplitude direction; the tilt lever points the wrong way (absorbing the top bin needs Delta n_s = -1.23, i.e. n_s about -0.26); the full BBKS shape fit buys chi2 12.1 to 9.5 in a sane box and to 4.2 only at a generous box's corner, while sigma8,eff stays at 0.92-0.93 against the true 0.80 and the per-bin span compresses only from 2.17 to 1.52. The joint freedom redistributes the imposed rule's error; it does not absorb it. Quantum gravity NOT SOLVED; vacuum catastrophe NOT SOLVED.
