Executes item D-257-272-54, the anchor-invariance note for packet #270 (What the Frozen Bias Absorbs), gated on #270's exhibits reproduced digit-for-digit (D(0.25) = 0.878, D(1.11) = 0.584, the per-bin table, the single-b0 fit b0 = 0.97 with chi2 = 17.2, the LERG control 0.93; one last-digit rounding difference in the target's own low-end exhibit recorded, as packet #514 disclosed). Exact recomputation under four anchors proves the transformation law: the inferred sigma8 in each bin is the true sigma8 times the bin's b.D product divided by b0, so re-anchoring multiplies every per-bin value by exactly one common factor (maximum deviation 2.2e-16). The span (2.170714 at every anchor), the single-b0 fit and the b.D diagnostic are anchor-invariant exactly. One printed quantity is not invariant, printed at full size: sigma8,eff = 1.14-1.17 is anchor-covariant (1.1698 printed anchor; 0.5389 top-bin anchor; 0.9248 at b0 = 1; 0.9574 fit-anchored), and the note supplies its invariant replacement, the fit-anchored 0.9574. Quantum gravity NOT SOLVED; vacuum catastrophe NOT SOLVED.
