Works register item D-202-219-61 (paper #216's Tolman entropy ledger, grade C) at its Wave 22 shape -- exactly three named provenance gaps -- and attacks ONE gap at full strength, Gap B (the closure orbit's invariant), chosen because it is the only gap whose object is a single explicit number with an explicit formula in the record; reports an honest non-closure at INCREMENTAL grade with Gap B factored and priced tighter; the item is not closed. The joined law's invariant I(S0, X0) = (S0 - 0.4)^2/2 - 0.2*X0 = 172.880000 at the pinned present (19, 0.5) is audited term by term, gated first on the whole predecessor body digit-for-digit (the joined law's exhibits, invariant 172.880000, predicted floor 18.994623, orbit floor 18.994627; the combined species' bisection floors 0.976491 / 0.969386, fixed-point floor 0.750266 and its outright failure, crossings at steps 32 / 21 with X = 0.000138 / 0.001744; the zero-limit closed form e = 1/(2(beta-1+r)); the Wave 22 census's rows). The entropy term 172.980000 comes from S0 = 19, the pinning leg's attractor point, recomputed from the joined law's stated constants as (P - c*(Q/b))/a = 19.000000 -- its provenance is Gap A's free-ratio debt at one remove, not an independent gap. The coupling term -0.100000 comes from X0 = 0.5, unprovenanced on all four audited routes (the pinning leg has no X coordinate; the evasion leg's coupling at the present is 2.321875, not a rest point; 0.5 is the predecessors' generic exhibit start; reading it off the invariant is circular). The datum's whole leverage is computed: X0 in [0, 1] moves the predicted floor inside [18.989244, 19.000000], a band of 0.010756, confirmed by an orbit run from (19, 1.0). Gaps A and C stand at their registered sizes, untouched. The s/n_B prohibition held throughout. Quantum gravity NOT SOLVED; vacuum catastrophe NOT SOLVED.
